• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Cooler Decks purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@coolerdecks.com for a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Product Warranties
