1. Shipping Policy
We take pride in crafting custom cooler tops tailored to your specifications. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing: Because each cooler top is custom-made, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Shipping Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery times are estimated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by destination.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All prices are in USD.
- Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

2. Returns and Exchanges Policy
As each Cooler Decks product is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes requests due to changes in preference, incorrect specifications provided by you, or other non-defect-related reasons.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you are significantly dissatisfied with your order due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us, and we will work with you to make it right. Possible remedies may include:

- A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your cooler top arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately upon receipt at support@coolerdecks.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Warranty
Our cooler tops come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
